About Us

Reconfig Systems AS develop innovative tactical training solutions that accelerate learning and improve performance.

Reconfigurable training environments

At Reconfig, we develop modular training solutions for defence,  public safety and civil preparedness. Our system enables room layouts and scenarios to be changed within minutes, supporting progressive training from basic skills to expert-level exercises. By training in varied environments, personnel develop adaptable skills rather than fixed responses.

Train for the unknown

By allowing layouts and scenarios to change, the system exposes personnel to a wider range of situations and challenges in the same facility. This helps them learn faster, apply core principles under changing conditions and develop judgement that holds up in unfamiliar environments, rather than relying on responses shaped by a few known layouts.

Mobile and scalable

The system requires only a flat surface and can be shipped in containers, assembled, dismantled and relocated as needed. This makes it suitable for temporary sites, permanent bases and local capability-building. Its modular design also allows capacity to be expanded, reduced or adapted as needs change.

Higher training output

A single reconfigurable facility can replace multiple static setups. Because layouts can be changed quickly, less time is lost to logistics and more time is spent training. This allows more personnel to be trained within the same time frame and increases the output per unit time.
